Thursday, March 12th - B Day
Friday, March 13th - A Day In the gradebook for phys ed and physical fitness, each student's daily points are entered for each day they have class. If your child receives anything less than a 6 out of 6 for their daily points, I put in a note and publish the note to communicate in which area(s) points were lost. Beginning with the 3rd quarter, I will be using a code system to communicate this same information in order to shorten the time it takes to enter grades. The new codes are listed below.....
U - For Unprepared. Students are required to be prepared for class with proper uniform including red shirt, black or navy shorts, and athletic shoes (1 point possible each day). S - Safety. Students are expected to follow directions outlined to maintain a safe environment in class (1 point possible each day). SPR - Social and Personal Responsibility. Students are expected to work well with others, follow directions, and be a positive part of the class environment (1 point possible each day). P - Participation. Students are expected to actively participate in all activities in class (3 points possible each day). If a student loses multiple participation points it will be denoted with a P x2 or P x3.
